KRIMSKOYE
Over 200 years of sparkling wine culture
The grand Krimskoye tradition reaches back to 1799, when this exquisite sparkling wine was first produced on the peninsula for the czar's court in Saint Petersburg.
True global fame would come 100 years later when it earned a Grand Prix at the 1900 World Fair in Paris, announcing its potential as real competition to Champagne. Today Krimskoye stands as a prized and carefully preserved piece of Ukrainian heritage. As with all grand sparkling wines, Krimskoye undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle and spends a year aging before entering the market as a wonderfully mild, fresh and finely beaded representative of top sparkling wine culture.
